Here’s what to do:

1. 🔍 Review the Criteria

Check if your project is eligible for funding opportunities. Make sure you tick all the boxes!

2. 💡 Craft Your Proposal

Put together an awesome proposal that shows off your vision. What’s the big idea? How will you make it happen?

3. 📝 Fill Out & Submit Online Application

You may need to upload/submit attachments to support your application. This is very simple but requires you to have the documents saved on your computer, or on a storage device.

You will find a Review and Submit button at the bottom of the Navigation Panel. You need to review your application before you can submit it.

4.📧 Check Your Inbox

You’ll soon know if you’re in, need a little more info, or if the stars just didn’t align this time – we’ll let you know either way.

5. 🤝 Sign the Partnership Agreement

If you’re in, read and sign the Partnership Agreement.

6. 💸 Funds Are On Their Way!

Submit a Tax Invoice (for sponsorships and some grants) or banking details (for others) to receive your funds.

7. 🎉 Invitation to the Partnership Presentation Night

Let’s celebrate! You’ll get to meet the team, other awesome partners, and have a great time. Networking + fun = win-win!

8. 📲 Regular Check-Ins with Us

Expect regular check-ins to see how your project is coming along

9. 📢 Let’s Share the Love!

We’ll help promote your community group and partnership on social media, and we’d love it if you did the same.

10. 🚀 Deliver Your Amazing Project

Roll up your sleeves and make your project come to life just as you envisioned.

11. 📑 Submit Your Acquittal & Impact Story

Once your project’s wrapped up, it’s time to tell the tale! Share your success and the impact your project made with a final report. (Bonus points for telling your story with flair and photos!)

Tips:

You may begin anywhere in this application form. Please ensure you save as you go.

On every screen (page of the form) you will find a Form Navigation contents box, this links directly to every page of the application. Click the link to jump directly to the page you want.

If you wish to leave a partially completed application, press 'save and close' and log out. When you log back in and click on the 'My Submissions' link at the top of the screen, you will find a list of any applications you have started or submitted. You can reopen your draft application and start where you left off.

You can also download any application, whether draft or completed, as a PDF. Click on the 'Download PDF' button located at the bottom of the last page of the application form.
